Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Pirate Gin Rummy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The Service

Pirate Gin Rummy is a single-player card game offering Classic Gin Rummy and a Pirates variant against selectable AI opponents. The app is free to play and supported by advertising, with an optional one-time purchase to remove ads.

Purchases

Remove Ads is an optional, one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple through the App Store. Pricing is set by Apple and shown in-app before purchase. All purchases are final; refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policies, not by us directly.

Advertising

Unless you have purchased Remove Ads, Pirate Gin Rummy displays banner and interstitial ads served by Google AdMob. Ad content is selected and delivered by Google and its advertising partners; we do not control individual ad creative. See our Privacy Policy for details on advertising data.

User Content

Your display name, match saves, and match history belong to you and are stored locally on your device. We do not access, read, or store this content on our servers.

Acceptable Use

Pirate Gin Rummy is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to: • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app • Use the app for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to interfere with, disable, or exploit the app's ad serving or purchase mechanisms • Redistribute or resell the app or its content

Disclaimer

The app is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We make no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, regarding the app's reliability, availability, or suitability for any particular purpose. AI opponent behaviour, matchmaking, and game outcomes are not guaranteed to be error-free.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Pirate Gin Rummy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
