By downloading, installing, or using Frescolearn, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The Service

Frescolearn provides drawing lessons, practice prompts, and Adobe Fresco® tool guidance for educational purposes. Results depend on your own practice, device, stylus, software version, and experience level.

Adobe Fresco®

Adobe Fresco® is a separate product from Adobe. Frescolearn is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Adobe. Adobe®, Adobe Fresco®, and related marks are trademarks of Adobe or its affiliates.

Purchases

Some lesson packs may be offered as paid content through the Apple App Store. Purchases are managed through your Apple ID and billed by Apple. Refunds and cancellations are handled under Apple's policies.

User Responsibilities

Frescolearn is intended for personal learning. You agree not to: • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app • Redistribute, resell, or republish app content as your own • Use the app for unlawful activity • Attempt to bypass paid content controls

Content Ownership

Frescolearn lesson text, artwork, interface design, and product branding are owned by M² Design unless otherwise stated. Drawings you create while following lessons belong to you.

Disclaimer

The app is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that Frescolearn will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every device, workflow, or learning goal.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes are subject to the courts of New South Wales.
